PRAGUE
the core city of czechia, prague, was founded around 800 (1200 years ago), became in 1355 for about 100 years the capital of the "holy roman empire" which ruled the center of europe, and abounds with terrific buildings - in fact it is one of the most attractive cities in the world (in my, of course very subjective, view, only venice in italy and istanbul in turkey can outshine it). especially famed are the unique clock at the townhall and the historic river bridge.
