WASHINGTON STATE

this gallery is in preparation ... the state of washington is located at the north-western corner of mainland usa. the by far largest city is seattle (founded 1853). main features are mountain chains, including high volcanoes, yet also many islands in the puget sound. seattle is a very large harbour and the home of big companies such as boeing, amazon, starbucks. at the northern border, bellingham (founded 1854) is attractive as a small city with many historic features.
