LIECHTENSTEIN

the monarchy liechtenstein, located in middle-europe, between austria and switzerland to which the border is the river rhine, is one of the "mini-countries" - size: 160 square kilometres, population 39000. the capital is vaduz. the highest mountain is 2599m.

i have visited liechtenstein once, in 1980 (?), namely vaduz. at that time all my photography was done to create printed pictures for voyage albums. of those, the ones of vaduz were not scanned for digital pic's.

here are just three general pictures - the vaduz castle, home of the monarch; the parliament building; and a village in northern liechtenstein.
