kong is more than high office towers, shopping centres and endless housing complexes
... in fact, in some areas in the northern territories there are still small
towns, and many of the islands are rather mroe rural than urban ... of course
hong kong has many bays and some beaches, especially on its eastern shore, yet
it's also very hilly, and the highest peak reaches 957 m ... somewhat surprisingly,
hiking is very popular, and many excellent trails are available for that (some
are damned steep though, as i realized when walking up mah on shan, shatin's
highest mountain!) ... another - much more more leisurely - way of seeing hong
kong's landspapes is a boat trip or sailing excursion!
