some hundred years ago, colombia got a slim access to the amazonas, the largest river of the world, and they founded "leticia" as their town. i flew there from bogota - to see this enormous river, to make some excursions into the jungle, and to visit indio villages.
leticia is a rather basic place, but it is a harbour for amazonas ships, has a set of shops, a river market, and shows a variety of few new, many old and some very old cars ... some kind of 'barbecue' is there too!
